I'm pissed.
I'm super good, I'm exercising, I stopped drinking, but I feel bloated and I'm not losing and I even gained.
I know I'm in the second half of my menstrual cycle, though, so I guess it's related and that I'm gonna have my period soon, so I hope it's just water retention.
I hate when it's like this, doing all the right things and not losing, so frustrating! I'm feeling firmer, though, due to the elliptical.

Look at your chart! If you see a mostly downward spiral, then you are doing fine. Weight loss is not linear (a continuous downward line). Weight loss can look like a roller coaster with ups and downs. Most women gain during their monthly cycle. It's normal and will happen each month. So continue what your doing and drink water to help offset the bloat. The scale will move again.

I just had this problem. No weight loss, bloated, but then I realized it was time for my cycle. I took some midol which has a diuretic and I noticed the bloat go way down and my scale actually moved. I also took pictures at the start of the challenge and then some last week (because I was so down) and compared them. The difference is great. I look firmer and trim. Maybe take some pictures after your cycle ends. It helped me put it in perspective. Keep it up! It will happen!

Thanks for th nice comments! Yes, the chart os going down. I've lost 6kg in a little less than 3 months, so it's not great but not bad either. And slow and steady weight loss is supposed to last longer than quick weight loss. Still no period, but I know it's coming, so I keep drinking tea and water, but no diuretics, I fear the addiction that might come with them, since I used to have an ED I think the diuretic would be too triggering. So water and low sodium for now. Thanks everyone!
