Time to re-focus and buckle-down. Expecting a gain in the morning -- have to hit it hard all week. :-) We can do this! A better life is coming!

I saw you ate bulgogi.... oh how I miss meat. That is my favorite Korean dish ever. With Kimchi and rice. Ugggg, Im so jealous.

I love it. I'm thinking about trying it with Soy Slices. I make Kimchi fried rice, Kimchi pancakes....yum!
