Hi PDXmom, Looks like you're doing great with the proportion of carbs in your diet -- 4% is really good. If I can keep it to 10% I am happy. Stick to it - you're sure to lose weight!

Thanks Losing! When did I have 4 %? That sounds really low... I probably didn't finish entering or something. I am usually at least 10%...
