Walking in the evening. Lots to do yoday as the long trek starts tomorrow. Made boiled eggs today. Going to do cream cheese and celery sticks also beef jerky and cheeses. Lots of water. Any other suggestions for lunches and dinner spots are very much appreciated. Happy sunday!
218.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
