600 Calories (1/4 RDI) can be a bit hard I'm finding, These week was not as successful as the 2 previous. If I have the same difficulty next week I'll change my target intake to 800 calories (1/3 RDI) and keep the 2000 on regular days. While I may not lose quite as fast it may be a bit more comfortable. Was finally able to take the stairs at work this week without having to pause and catch my breath until after I had gotten up them. So I'm definitely benefiting from the simple exercise that I am doing.
