This is the heaviest I have been in my entire life and I want that to change. I am obese at this point and I feel tired, sluggish, and uncomfortable in my own skin. I want to be positive but it feels so difficult because I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome caused by EBV. There are times my body can give out and I just feel like I can't keep up with everyone else. The worst part of it all is that working and having a active social life can be draining for me. On to the positive side. I want to gradually start with eating healthier foods. I will reward myself with treats for good eating habits. I am shocked that I am able to consume 2100 calories a day. I once went to this "Diet Clinic" (big mistake)and they allowed 600 calories a day. I was also told I couldn't even eat onions or tomatoes for a month. I lost about 30lbs in 15 weeks. My body started to feel very weak despite the vitamins they provided and the weekly watered down B-12 shots. Seems to me that was a quick fix or crash diet. I hated the way I felt and my cholesterol had also went up. That could have been due to the 2 boiled eggs or Melba crackers & Laughing Cow Cheese that I could eat every morning. I blame it on the boiled eggs. I have more to add as I continue throughout this Journey of weight loss and a healthier lifestyle. This diet will start on May 6 2013. Blessings always appreciated~

You can do this. I was my heaviest when I started, and I've come a ways to my goal. Break it down into small goals -- 5 lbs at a time, and don't deprive yourself. Just eat 1/4 of a serving of a treat, and savor it. You can do this! Buddy-up with me and we'll do it together! :-) ~ Adrienne

Hi I am also just beginning my journey. This is also the heaviest I have ever been, I just posted a journal entry that I hope you can read. My wake up call was a Dr visit. I want to loose 100 lbs, I believe this is a life change. I am a Chef so food is my obsession. I have always been a big girl. I actually don't have any issue with my weight. I am only concerned because it is starting to effect my overall health. Chronic Fatigue is an awful thing to be up against. My husband also suffers from CFS he struggles getting enough energy to even go for a walk. I can be your buddy if you want to be mine. No pressure. It is just nice to have someone to speak (chat) with in our challenges. Be well, and bless your success Cameon

Ah... I found out how to comment back.. I would be honored to be buddies!! :) I suppose I am blessed that my CFS no longer is completely debilitating. I still find it hard to live as "normally" as I did before the CFS. Has your hubby tried anti-viral medication? Hope to chat again soon.. :) ~KVSS Chica~
