Finally lost a whole pound! Been working really hard and really cutting down this week. I took progression pictures, since I haven't really been losing weight, and compared them to the pictures from 6 weeks ago and it is very noticeable that I have lost inches. My stomach is flatter and my arms/thighs appear to be thinner and more toned. Feeling much better now! Can't wait for Zumba tonight!
249.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
