I am sitting in a hospital with my hubby waiting to get his back surgery, he can't eat I don't eat. Liz came out I went and got a hair cut and I wanted to try cherry berry yogurt. the yogurt is has low to no fat. it is the topping you put on that make the problem. I put a piece of my favorite candies on it and they added up more then I thought they wouldn't add up to anything. but it did..
he went in to surgery at 4:30 I had 30 min to get something. Dairy queen was across the street and I got me chicken strips and todd a double cheese burger for after. he wasn't hungry I was at midnight so I ate it. bad bad bad.....
liz and I walked around walmart for about 30 min.

We get to go home today. I slept a little more then yesterday. the doctor came in at 4:30am, been up ever since. only water so far.
