WOW finally last midnight! This is by far the hardest day on the diet. After being up all night then sleep for a couple of hours and then stay up the rest of the day; that leaves a lot of time to be eating. Hope to stay busy enough to keep my mind off of wanting to eat to stay awake. Well we’ll see what happens.
As I figured it was a disaster food ok but…a few too many glasses of wine
