I am surprised not by the non movement of my weight. I hadnt been exercising like I should. I got a few days in but had to play with my calories to not gain weight. Its so much easier to just exercise. That way I can eat my usual set number of calories.

I have watched so many food documentaries over the last couple weeks im surprised im not a full on vegan. But I do have a new challenge for myself which is not to consume eggs, milk, pork, or red meat for the next 3 months. Boneless skinless chicken breasts are still fair game (im only human...lol). I will also eat some raw veggies instead of just all cooked veggies. I had already planned to do this a few months ago but watching those food documentaries shook me up a bit. Documentaries I saw were: "hungry for change", "food matters", "forks over knives", "king corn", and "vegucated". I had already viewed the docu, "food inc", a year or so ago which is also really good too. Hopefully, I will be able to stick to my 3 month challenge. I have my grocery list prepared for when I go again. Its not the menu its the amount of time I think thats gonna be the challenge. Its a healthier lifestyle which is why im attracted to it. I'll see how I do on it. :)

I like the changes im open to and the journey im on today. Proud of myself for not giving up.

MeganB, I saw hungry for change too! I totally forgot! All had the same effect though. Made me look at my food a lot differently. :)

MeganB, the docus I watched (that I can recall) are: food matters, food inc, hungry for change, vegucated, and forks over knives. I feel like I may have seen a couple more but they all sort of run together like a marathon movie in my head so its hard to recall all the different titles. :D

FullaBella, i watched a few of the ted talks on netflix. I think the series is called "chew on this". Theyre really short too. It was really good. Will watch the rest next week! :D
