On a business trip and gave in to trigger foods-pizza, bread, carmel corn, chocolate. Hoping all the walking I did and passing on desserts and alcohol will keep my weight from skyrocketing. One day at a time.
My goal is to drop 10 pounds by June 20 for a trip to Cancun.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
