Hello all, welcome to a new day , a new journey. I'm feeling extra motivated today, why, because I have not lost any weight this week. My motto is don't complain, do something about it. So I am. My personal trainer cancelled on me this morning, cool. Instead of resting, I discovered Jillian Michael's on youtube, I had a great work out with her this morning. Today I'm drinking three liters of water. I'm preposting my diet, and I will follow it. No extras. My life, I'm responsible for my happiness and health. NO excuses. Have a great day all, stay positive, stay focused, WIN!

Hey, you're awesome. I love the attitude. Nothing is going to hold you back, not even a trainer that cancels on you. I think it's great that you didn't use it as an excuse not to workout. Great job! Did you stick to your diet today? I always have a plan for my meals every day, but it never goes that way because I never know exactly where I'm going to be or what I'm going to be doing. My life is different every day, and I have a college student who depends on me for transportation, and his schedule varies, so sometimes I'm forced to eat fast food, but I almost always make good choices. Anyway, good for you. Keep up the good work.

Awe thanks for the vote of confidence. But to answer your question, no, I did not stick to that diet that day, lol. But I cheated with extra yogurt, bananas, and cheesy spinach. So that was okay,could have been worse. Cheating is not what it use to be, lol. Thanks again for the kind words, and you are right nothing will hold me back. The same thing goes for you, we all slip up, but we keep getting up and continue to move forward, eventually we will take off.
