bad day today am in a lot of pain cant think about much will weigh in and fill in food diary tomorrow when the gas in my body isn't pushing up against my ribcage and not letting me sleep

ps... i had a giggle at your photo this morning! I came across some old photo's I had kept of my ex boyfriend and somehow (hmmmmm I don't really know why!) there was a photo amoungst the bunch of him of his ex wife... she was pulling the same pose as you are in your profile picture and you actually look a little alike ... I hate her with a passion but think you are the coolest chick in the world - just made me gigle that you reminded me of her!
