I have found that I do not do well if I limit my choices too much. Therefore, I have set my carbohydrate total at 80-100g per day. I do not discount fiber grams and aim for 20g cho per day. I am the same weight as this same time last year, even though I have lost and regained 35 pounds. This is my last ditch effort to succeed.
