We went out for dinner last night, and I went totally overboard! I seriously gained a pound - count the calories!!! Ahhh! But you live and learn and realize that today is a new day, and it's necessary to forgive and forge on.
138.4 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
