I'm preparing for the water challenge starting today. Up to 48 ounces already and I know where all the bathrooms are in this office!! :)

Thank you. Actually the challenge begins on Friday for 2 weeks - I'm preparing for it. I'd also like to choose a few other challenges listed, but need to be careful not to over commit, that always prevents me from accomplishing my goals.

I have got to learn to drink water but then again.....what would life be if I were not in the midst of severe dehydration.

Lol. Well I wish you the best! I got onto a ten day Juicing Fast...YIKES! Today is day 3...I got my boyfriend to do it with me, *sigh*, lets just say we've both been having "phantom smells" and he's been begging me to just have a "little snack"...so much so now all he wants is for me to let him have little slices of the fruit we juice! lol, but we are going ON and STRONG! Good luck to you as well. I've heard juicing is really good and gets easier as you go. Don't let him wear you down - you can do it - STAY STRONG!
