okay....so I have not been checking in to this site for a bit...but have been careful with my calories....I am happy that I have not gained anything....and am now going to go for another ten pounds...seems like the fact that it is May 1st will be my jumpstart...

Sooooo.....onward and upward....or preferably downward....
