Doing okay with the diet...harder with floors being redone & not able to use kitchen, but making the best of it...

Need to take time to exercise, but moving boxes & working on home projects will be adding to the exercise front.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Calorie Count   losing 0.9 lb a week
