Back on track. I went to the gym and swam 20 laps today and yesterday. My goal is to swim every day this week. Next week I have physical therapy for my ankle, which thankfully seems better the past couple of days. I remember when I was 16, I was in the best shape of my life that summer. I swam 20 laps a day and went from 133 to 120 and totally transformed my body. I keep thinking of that when I swim, but I haven't noted any big changes in my body, though now I am 89 pounds overweight as compared to 13 pounds back then! I hope to get down to that size and those measurements again. I keep it in mind for my goal!
