I just lost a pound while I have my period! Whohoo!!!!! I haven't done that in years. And I have eaten at McDonald's the last two days. I am so excited, I just had to share with all of you.

Be careful at Mc Donald's, some people slip up, Hooray just think when it's over you will lose even more!

The problem candy fan is that my traveling won't be over until next December, so I am happy with the fact that I am losing and have managed to keep myself on track and I still haven't had a coke yet! I am so happy. Thanks for sharing this happiness with me. As my daughter would say, two thumbs up your doing great! I pass that onto you.
