Right now... I have lost a total of 30 pounds but the last two weeks I have had a stall. Although I am working out daily and eating about 900-1000 calories a day!!

that's not a whole lot of food when you work out. Try eating 5 or 6 small meals a day with some protein at each meal (instead of 3 big ones). You might also try zig zagging calories (1200 1000 1300 1100). It might help jump start your loss.
