Well I am sure I have no one to blame but me and my friend snacks! Oh well. Geez I am so annoyed with restricting my diet but at the same time I am just being lazy and undisciplined and that is the truth of the matter.

I pushed myself to do that 5km and I got hurt because of it. I am going to give myself more time off since I really did hurt my right leg and I am going to give it time to recover.

So off with the exercize and I am just going to focus on eating at least for the next few days.

Think of it not as restricting your diet, but broadening it. Since I started I've tried some new foods, and found a lot of great recipes on here. I'm a flavor-junky, so I don't feel deprived. I also allow myself 'part' of a treat -- not a full serving. That's helped keep me sane, and not feeling restricted. Hope you heal soon!
