Over the last two weeks my social calendar stayed full and I put on five pounds. So I am watching what I eat this week, but I am adament that I'm not dieting. Yesterady, I weighed in at a whopping 195.4 (I haven't seen that # since January). This morning, I weighed in at a slightly less whopping (194.8). My running is still consistent at 30 min./day 3-4 days/wk. and I'm losing inches in my legs and waist. I do feel like my input was higher than my output last week. This is the first time I've been tempted to do a cleanse.

So, I write today's journal with the thought of researching a cleanse this week.

You and me both. I have no thoughts of doing a cleanse but I am going to do fasting and eat probably forty percent of what I normally do for a day here or there. Maybe that will help.

Well, I researched some cleanses, but I also think I'll pass on the idea. I'll put why in today's journal.
