Hi there I am new to this but definitely NOT new to dieting :( I get really bad munchies around the time of the month and its killing me!! All my good dieting goes out of the window every month. I really do need to lose about 30lb and its the hardest 30Ib EVER can anyone help me with a good diet thats good around the time of the month and that will keep me on the straight and narrow....x
