I'm taking a break from strict dieting while I read JJ Virgin's book about inflammatory foods and eliminating them. I will commit to 21 days trial of her plan after I finish the book. If I lose weight and feel better as promised, I will probably continue her plan. The science makes sense.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
