Today is my first day weighing in on FatSecret, I have been using the Atkins website for the past week. I think this is ia much better site to track foods, I just hate to change things in the middle of the game!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
