I need to lose weight because I have been a fool and though I was invincible. After cancer I never tried to do anything to stay healthy but now finding out I have fat on my liver and it might be cancerous I am not going to get depressed i am going to fight. The only way to combat this sickness is to fight myself. Now to do this is to get serious about my health. So here I am....
