So I finished my 35 days of food and exercise a while ago but I need to finish my journal entries. Since then I've gained 3 pounds and haven't been eating healthy or working out like I should but I am motivate to start again. I have set up a diet plan and a work out plan that I am confident will work. My goal is to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks and to fit into a pant size 7. I am going to start my workouts today and I have a plan I intend to keep up on. I plan to do ab workouts on Tuesdays and Fridays , leg workouts on Mondays and Thursdays and cardio and abs on Wednesday and cardio and legs on Saturday. Sunday is my day to rest and I intend to cut out fast food soda and sweets.
