I am so happy to be back at work! Sounds crazy, I know, but its the one place I do really well at staying on track with my eating. At home, I feel pressure to eat what everyone else is eating. That's why weekends are bad for me. If I liked to cook, I don't think it would be that hard. I would just cook one meal and everyone would eat it, but I hate to cook. Anywho, my goal for this week is to lose 3 lbs. My goal for May is 10 lbs. Happy Monday, everyone!

Wow, you must have a different work atmosphere than I do, I find it so hard to stay on track at work. Of course my work provides food, and I'm the silly manager who still packs her own lunch. At home, my fiancé, thank goodness, does this diet with me, and is so encouraging of it. When I'm with my family, they are extreme food pushers, so I find myself turning down opportunities to eat with them. Good luck with your goals!

My family are food pushers as well. I work in a hospital pharmacy so healthy food is always available to me in the cafeteria, if I forget my lunch. :)
