Back on it? Probably not but I'm going to try to make some small changes so I can stop gaining weight. 30 minutes of light walking, more fresh veggies and less junk food. Replacing snacks with light yogurt. Hopefully the reduction in calories and increase in activity (however minimal) will help move the scale in the other direction.
