Time For a Change Mom's Journal, 28 April 2013

Well I have been pretty much off the wagon since Tuesday. I have not exercised for 3 days due to being sick. It feels very weird bc since January I have been exercising 6 days per week. Looking forward to going this evening. I have not been logging food since Monday and I can tell such a difference, I hope to someday not have to feel like I need to log my food to keep myself on track. I am ready to get back in gear and back on track. I keep telling myself it is a marathon not a sprint and eventually I will get to where I want to be. I already feel so much better. It is obviously not ENOUGH weight bc hardly anyone comments on it but I tell myself it is for me not them :)

OK gotta study for an HR test before heading to my son's baseball game.

Sometimes when you don't see people everyday they won't notice bc I have noticed most people can't see past the end of their own noses. If it doesn't concern them they don't care. I don't mean to be cynical it's just human nature. You are doing great so don't be so hard on yourself. I hope you are feeling better.

Sometimes its hard to see the little changes from day to day just keep working at it and one day they will look up and be amazed
