I ate high carb yesterday on purpose as suggested over at Mark's Daily Apple to kick up stalled weight loss. It's called carb refeeding. Today a weight gain is to be expected. But with returning to low carb the .8 lbs and then some should be gone in the next couple of days. Hopefully it works!
178.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
