Well, I am off of my birthday binge. I gained 3 pounds last week. I really know why! I was eating all kinds of crap, and I laid off exercising, too. Hopefully back on track for today. I know it is so not worth it. It will take me a couple of weeks to lose the weight I put on, pounds I had already lost but put back on. Now I know that I can't go days with eating that way - maybe one day of a slip up, but not almost a week. I should have seen this coming, but I just had to go and do it. And the food so isn't worth it - I enjoyed eating crap, but by about the 3rd day it was not memorable. So I'm off to the gym to atone for my sins, and I ate an apple and yogurt for breakfast today.
