Back to losing weight after my "Eating Atkins Relapse". I did have an Atkins Chocolate shake yesterday for a test, but no cookie dough bars. Back to my .5 lb loss/day, thank goodness. I'm so full, though, that I find it hard to eat a lot. Shredded zucchini is very good with spaghetti sauce instead of the pasta. RedHolly's advice proved correct. Don't eat lots of Atkins food. I did have the frozen chicken and broccoli which was good to the taste and didn't appear to add weight.
