DRAT! KNEE INJURY!

I'm not sure what I did, but my right knee is KILLING me! [and inhibits movement,] so doing the walking video is out of the question!

Shoot! Just when I was getting back into it, and on track!

Maybe tomorrow... :)


TO HALT OVEREATING FROM EMOTIONAL ISSUES...

How many times a day do you say negative stuff
about yourself TO yourself?
WELL STOP!!
Whatever you speak your heart hears!
Chipping away at your self esteem
and harming your ability to FIX the problem!
Start talking to yourself POSITIVELY
and reminding yourself YOU CAN DO ANYTHING
that you set your mind to!!
Make sure ALL your questions
can be answered in a POSITIVE direction too!
LOVE YOURSELF a little more today!!
YOU DESERVE IT!!!

Say this over and over to yourself when overeating for emotional reasons...

"I'm sorry. I didn't realize you were carrying so much pain."
"Please forgive me for whatever is going on inside of me that is causing me to overeat."(or,"to feel this way.")
"I love you."
"Thank you for being here for me."

Give yourself love! THAT'S what you're craving... NOT FOOD!

Hi Chereeguitar depends if it is an old or new injury, just do something else, swimming is good as your body weight is supported, maybe a yoga class. Can you ride a bike. See you have an RDA of 1600 calories a day which is realistic mine was set at 2500 by deffault and i went over that. The less i do to stay active the more time i have to think about eating and eat all the wrong things. You will have ups and downs i joined here to stay motivated and get support. :)
