A bit disappointed this am that I didn't lose since I followed exactly what I was suppose to do eating I lost 2.2 lbs the morning before and my calories were around 500 where as before they were around 650
138.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
