Decided yesterday that I needed to get back on track with my diet and stop cheating. Had a mushroom and pepper steak sandwich without the bread yesterday and it was phenomenal. Hopefully I'll be able to get down another pound or two by the end of the month. My goal was 135 by May 1st. I don't think that's going to happen, but if I stay strict the next few days, I can probably get pretty close.

Yesterdays WOD
5 rounds:
- 5 overhead squats
- 10 step ups (with the bar)
- 20 deadlifts

NFT:
- 100 leg levers

I used 35 lbs because I can not do overhead squats for my life. I think it's a combination of my crooked hips and lack of balance. Very frustrating. The rest of the workout was easy, but I kept dropping the bar on the squats. : /

Today I feel like my pelvis has been crushed with a mallet.

I want to be able to do a pull up by this summer.
