Ruhu's Journal, 27 April 2013

So eager & excited to see my boys! And the great weather continues on the east coast, so no complaints here! Dinner last night was later than I'd liked (but I breathed.. & then breezed my way through it) & even though I only had 1 1/2 glasses of wine, I'm feeling a little sluggish today, so will be on the lookout as being tired can be a trigger for me.

But before I begin to pack for my trip, I'll pray for serenity -

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change;
Courage to change the things I can;
And wisdom to know the difference.

And I'll take this one day, meal, moment, bite & emotion at a time -- praying, breathing, logging, posting & expressing my way through. Xoxox

Good for you. Yep, it's breathe in, then out. Sometimes the most basic functions help us stay on track. Get some rest and take care of you so you enjoy your weekend more.

Glad your day turned around yesterday, I knew you would get it all done, you are woman, hear you roar. And yes! on seeing your boys. Its hard to be separated from your kids. Enjoy your visit with your mum, hope it goes well. You will have the delight of the visit with your sons to hold you up.
