Ok. I feel off the wagon. I started over once I returned from Cedric's house. We ate so much ( ribs, beef bacon, etc). So, my weight shot up to 201.8. I still can't believe it. So, I started my new eating habits, Billy Blake's video and walking on the treadmill (3x's/week). On April 21, 2013. After this week I lost 5 pounds...new weight 197. Thank you Jesus! I prayed about my weight and will power. I continue to pray that I will continue. Sheila, you can do this! Focus on yourself!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
