Anyone out there have over 100 pounds to lose. Would love to get in touch and hear from you. I have several hundred pounds to loose and need help getting through the day. I am always looking for food. I even wake up in the middle of the night wanting something to eat. I am never full.

I don't have 100 pounds to loose, but we're all here because we need to loose weight. So don't feel like because you have more to loose than others that we can't support each other. It all takes a effort put forth, and that's what we're doing. So welcome to the support site.

I still have about 95 more pounds to lose but i have lost more than 50 on weight watchers. I would be happy to do anything i can to support you in your journey. I have found that upping protein and high fiber foods help you feel full longer also eating every couple of hours to keep from getting too hungry. i just had a weigh in where i really thought i would have done better and ended up gaining 1.6, those weeks are really tough especially when you are expecting a loss. You have to hang in there because alot of times you still lost inches but it make take longer to show on the scale. Also if you are doing flex you may want to try core for a week and see if you have better results. Core allows more food just certain foods that do make you feel full. Choth, Thanks for the support. I didn't mean to exclude anyone. I would love to hear from anyone who wants to listen to someone vent, make excuses and procrastinate. Thats me. I know what the problem is, just too lazy to do anything.
