Ok...Today I have started the Dukan Diet.. Actually I am not going to do strictly the curse of this diet phase by phase. Really I am going to do 10 days of Attack phase. It isn't the first time that I use this diet to lose some weight. My Dukan version is with a calorie intake of 800 and about 6 hours of workout in a week ( cardio & gym...I usually do a lot of abds)
