was up to 240 .. made goal this week of 237.5, but have been eatting carbs.. will have to do fish/veggie water/ black coffee only m-th next week.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
