Travelling for the weekend. Won't be able to get on the fatsecret website. No tracking or weighing myself for 2 days. Absolutely no control of how my meals are cooked or prepared. No way of knowing or tracking the calorie content. Going where there's no Internet connection. Hope I can survive it and be strong without any of my tools. NO weighing my food. Will see where I'm at on Monday.

You can do this. I just spent three days on the road traveling with no internet connection in the car and even if I had it I can't us It without getting carsick. I lost a pound these last few days. My advice be conscious of what you are eating and if you can plan in your mind what will be available at the next meal, that way you will know what you options are. Good luck! You can do this! There is no such word as can't!
