Boot camp warm up today! I could never imagine that when I first started. Was fun though. Managed to stay in my handstand (against the wall) for the entire minute of that station, felt pretty good (although dizzy).

Started with a 5x5 front squat. Did 85lbs today. Got to remember to keep those elbows up!

Then 3 rounds: 15 pull ups (banded) 15 dips (also banded), 10dl@75%BW (125lbs) and 400m run. Yep, another running WOD! Yay! Finished in 16:37. Some of my dips were pretty lame, I don't think I got a full extension on every one.
