I started on April 11.th and to date I have eaten only protien with very little carbohydrates. I weigh 285.6 this am. I really have not been hungery so that is a plus. I am hoping to lose 30 lbs by my birthday!
285.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 105.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
