Talked with Trainer yesterday, explained my discouragement. Really didnt even want to have my session yesterday. She wants me to work on 3 'SMART' goals. I dont even know where to start. Guess that goes back to failure to plan is planning to fail. Today's goal is no sugars. Now that will be a challenge. We'll see how it goes!
