Over last 20 days I have averaged 1689 calories per day... Pretty good considering I was losing before at 2000 per day. Should see a loss at the NUT on the 6th of May!

I am keeping my carbs around 50/75 most days... some more, some less. And when I do eat carbs, I try to keep them to one meal. This is not always true, but most the time.
