Today is D Day! Diet Day!! If getting on the scale doesn't get "Me" back to the Atkins I know something.. Basically the scale convinced me to stick to the plan and get back to the "Atkins Normal!"

The scale will always kick our butts back in gear. I did not make my April EOM goal so I need to kick it into overdrive in May.
