So so day as this is my 1st day that i am recording my food intake.
Looking forward to my challanges.
Two bottles of 300ml Budweiser, 1 for breakfast and one for dinner :).
Exercise is a strange thing as well.
1st day.
265.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
