First visit to health trainer today. My goal is to lose 16lb by July 25. I must increase my exercise to 2 hrs a week. In a positive mood but already on day 1 I have exceeded my expected calorie intake and as it's my weekly night out I won' t be fitting any exercise in tonight. Oh we'll try again tomorrow.
